It is an medium bodied yet expressive Pinot offering typical cherry, plum and raspberry fruit. In the glass it has a fragrant spicy note. It has a fresh vibrance along the palate and then it finishes with a more earthy note. It is an easy drinker. And you can serve it with a very light chill.

Hard to go past duck or a burger with this one. And it will go well with beetroot salad or anything with a dollop of beetroot chutney.
